Utilizando cuatro figuras ya arquetípicas de nuestra cultura popular, la obra explora dos instancias de ley, represión y estancamiento (policías y burócratas) contra la sublevación irreverente y violenta del vaquero del salvaje oeste y el pirata como ente que se apropia enigmáticamente de los espacios y los movimientos públicos. Con esta reflexión del orden y el caos se comenta irremediablemente acerca de la crisis política, económica social y cultural que vive la isla de Puerto Rico, estableciendo como consigna principal el apropiarse libremente del comentario crítico y la expresión artística-teatral.
Policías, Vaqueros, Burócratas y Piratas está dirigido por Pedro Leopoldo Sánchez Tormes y Rojo Robles Mejías.
